5. Foods that cause gas
Foods that increase the production of gas in the body should be eliminated from the diet of a COPD patient. Not only can they make you feel gassy, but they can also cause bloating, which can then lead to discomfort during breathing. Foods that cause gas can be different for each person, and it is important to identify the culprits, especially if you have COPD.
